Hi there,

Me and my partner have decided to setup our own business at the start of this year.

Since my partner has a great passion for jewellery we have decided to setup a website and resell jewellery from there.

Six months later the website is just about finished but we have no jewellery to sell as of yet.

I have been doing some advertising in between working on the site and I am getting a large amount of traffic to say its only been live a couple of months.

I have contacted Pandora, Tiffany and a few other companies and they don't want to deal with new businesses.

I am quickly running out of options. Does anybody know of a UK based jewellery supplier/wholesaler that we can sell jewellery for?

Once I find a supplier I can list their products and do what I do best, get some serious amount of shoppers on there.

Regards, Sam

I have a collection of fashion jewelry. I just started my business as wholesaler. And i am looking for a cooperator here. Because I will go back to China next year. Before that, I would do me best to establish good connection with my retailers. If you like, I think we could talk about it.

I have previously used Bedazzled. Many of their pieces are of great quality and inexpensive but you get the odd dud. Can I ask though, if your partner is really into jewellery, could she not come up with her own line? The problem with bedazzled and the like is that they're the middle man, you could purchase the pieces much cheaper, admittedly likely to be in bulk but if you buy direct. The other thing is with big companies like Tiffany's etc, they design and make their own jewellery. The only chance you have of getting their items is if you want to sell their seconds or 'unsellable' items - check out secretsales.com they started out this way and now they're hugely popular and sell all kinds of designer brands from Jimmy Choo to Swarovski...
