Database

Hi there,

We are a new business and at the moment we try to DIY everything, could somebody please recommend a free Database we could use to keep our clients details (Name, Address, tel, Orders etc) we have around 100 clients and we can't use access (Microsoft) as our computers are apple and I can't seem to get access on apple.

It sounds like a CRM that you are looking for - perhaps Zoho or SugarCRM?

At the level you are, most business' would use a spreadsheet.
Free software is available from Google - Googlesheets,
and from Microsoft - The browser version of Excel.

Both are available for use on Apple devices, the only pre-requisite is an appropriate Google or Microsoft account - both are free.

The MS option of Excel is available as a local app for Apple devices.

Alternatively you could opt for Livreoffice for MAC. This is free client based software.

As mentioned, Zoho CRM free should suffice.

Really Simple Systems is good but free only to 100.

Capsule CRM is nice, free up to 250 accounts.

However, personally, if I needed a CRM I'd pay for PipeDrive

If you want something that could start very simply, but is able to grow with your business and is completely customisable, consider Filemaker Pro. It could end up controlling your entire marketing, accounts and production processes if you wished.
