Data tools for repeat customers etc?

Yes, any decent CRM package should be able to do this for you.

Any decent dashboard software will do that, and 100 times more.

CRM systems are made to manage contact workflow, not data visualisation or management reports.

Dashboard software and BI software are both great at doing what you're talking about. Some freeware exists, some desktop like Excel and plenty of online apps are available.

Heheh - well Ashley, many CRM's have some level of reporting and charting/graphing capabilities. Some are much better than others. But IMHO they're a bit like a Swiss Army Knife versus a built for purpose tool.

As long as the tool fits your budget and is painless to use - that's what matters, whatever it's called
