Hi,
I am floating around the idea of (yet another) price comparison website. This one however is niche, yet I still think would be profitable, and there seems to be a gap in the market.
My question is:
Can anyone give me advice on how to approach merchants for their XML data feed? These particular merchants (5 or 6 of them) do not have any affiliate schemes going, so I can't just grab an API or such.
I guess I am after the wording of the approach, i.e. do I state my intent and simply ask for participation, suggest a commission structure and ask for the product files?
