My company became insolvent due to business dropping during Covid so I appointed a liquidator early 2022.
The business was dissolved in August 2023.
I’ve not actually heard from the liquidator but it is showing on companies house as dissolved.
What happens next? Is that it done?
Could I still be investigated?
I haven’t done anything wrong but I did have an outstanding bounce back loan at the time of liquidation.

I just want the situation over with.

I have contacted the liquidators but haven’t heard back.

You might well be done (you would hope so) but I am not completely in agreement it automatically follows. The limitation period on director disqualification is 3 years under Section 7 of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986. The Insolvency Service still has time if they wish.
