customs had my parcel for a week! How to contact them.

I have just looked up my tracking number and customs have had my parcel for over a week now and have not released it.

I called the number on customs website and they gave me another number to call for the international hub but when you call it there isn't an option to speak to anyone just a pre-recorded message.

Anyone got a number for them?

Nope that's not the question.

The address label had came off the parcel and they have a 4 day back log

Call your local depo, they will be able to put you through to someone or give you a direct contact number

They have always come through in the end..

We find dealing with customs very hit and miss. They had one of my parcels for over a month and there was nothing wrong with it. My opinion is they stick a pin in a list and if it says keep a week they do. Also seem to stick a pin in a list to see what to charge.

I just accept now that it may be anything from a day to a month or more and take that into account when ordering stock.
