Hi all
Wonder if anyone has had experience of offering a customer loyalty scheme in a temp recruitment agency?
My client is keen. I am a little concerned that as there are so many sales variables with recruitment it might all be a bit complicated and therefore difficult to communicate (which is my role).
They don't operate an openly published rate card (like most agencies) so I was thinking at a "Buy 10, get 1 free" would be the best sort of approach, like coffee shops.
I know a lot of it depends on the typical client spend/frequency which we are also looking at, but I just wondered if anyone else had tried this and is willing to share their experience?
