Hello,

We run building company and recently we started getting a lot of quote requests from our potential customers ( through the council ).

We are looking for some software where we could sort all Customers by categories or even colours. For example quote sent, quote accepted, refused etc etc.

Right now we are using Kashflow, but it is not really great database as it is mostly for accounting.

Thanks in advance,
Tom

I got everything within Kashflow.

Would be great to get some user friendly software where I can assign each Customer to each category.

I know you can do it even in excel but as I mentioned before I would like to get something user friendly:)

amphis software

Hi Tomal4lo

feel free to download a free 60 day trial of our customer database software called Amphis Customer (see link below).

you can give each customer a category and also assign customers to groups so you can easily sort them. you can create your own categories and groups and call them whatever you like.

when you perform a customer search, you can search for all categories or select a category. you can also search for all groups or for a specific group.

the software also creates quotes and invoices, customer letters, email, SMS messages, jobs and job sheets, notes, appointments, appointment reminders, tasks, callback reminders, payment reminders, statements, receipts, credit notes, purchase orders and much more.

we have some short videos here http://www.amphis-software.com/crm-tutorial/crm-tutorial.htm and some customer testimonials here http://www.amphis-software.com/testimonials.htm

In KF you have 2 options for an invoice:

1) Quotes - it emails a quote to clients but doesn't generate an invoice
2) Sales - Generates an invoice for the sale

Are you creating a quote, and then converting to a sale once it's accepted?

Each quote can also be defined a category, so you can say x type of work etc

KF will do what you need, just need to spend 10 minutes setting it up

The KF support will be able to help with this,

You want a CRM that integrates to KashFlow.

Currently we use Capsule CRM, but that doesn't show Quotes inside the CRM, only invoices.

However, doing a little google work I found http://www.reallysimplesystems.com/

crm which says it integrates Quotes too.

    I haven't used that one.

I like Capsule, it is easy to use, but I think I'll checkout Really Simple - any one got any experience with it?
