We are about to employ an admin assistant to help with taking telephone sales orders and providing quotations. At the moment, I do this manually but we would like to purchase a system to do this for us, so myself and the admin assistant can access the records at the same time, and so we have a more user friendly system.
We need it to take details about a customers home, and for it to work out and provide a quotation using the information provided and then we would like it to link to either quickbooks or Xero for invoicing the customer. Does such a thing exist or would this have to be specially made?
