Customer and Chat support in website for Potential Sales

I have been using chat services for my website which is plainly for e-commerce. A lot has happened lately and is increasing my sales volume day by day around 3-5% in the first week and I noticed results for my sales have escalated up to 8-15% in the past 2 weeks. Is there anyone else using Live chat services for their websites? If so, are you also seeing positive results? I would love to read or hear about your results. Please do hesitate in hitting a comment. :)

We had added live chat for sales team. Technical support is not handled this way for simple reason- we do provide e-commerce platform with unlimited technical support trough hotline and ticketing system. Live chat would require multitasking and it would lower customer service quality.
Our customers used to receive prompt responses with case tracking. Customers who reach the chat for technical support are redirected to hotline or ticketing system. Since we keep high quality customer service standards for professional sellers they understand that. Only sales team answers the chat and we have noticed that it is being used by leads and customers only up to start online store implementation process. We have noticed tremendous grow of customers satisfaction since we have open this communication channel.
