We are an established UK VoIP Service Provider and have a requirement for a customer number porting portal.
This will consist of 6 steps which will ask the customer for information and at step 6 to output all the information to PDF Adobe EchoSign for the end user to digitally sign and once signed automatically mark the order on the portal as Waiting processing and attached a copy of the signed form to the order.
There will be some checks at each step to ensure the information is being entered correctly and the lookup of some information from a database.
This would ideally be written in PHP with Mysql as Database
Full spec of project can be given. looking for a quote for approval.
