CT600 "Creditors: amounts falling due within one year"

Does "Creditors: amounts falling due within one year" include cost of jobs (people and material) + cost of admin + depreciation WDA?

I am filling the CT600 form from HMRC at the moment and that is the cell AC58.

Creditors falling due within one year are the bills that you received during the year but weren't paid at the end of the financial year.

Should it include dividends that haven't yet been paid and issued share capital which appear on the balance sheet as a liabilities?

Share capital is not a creditor. It is share capital.

Dividends not paid will only appear on a balance sheet if they have been declared prior to the date of the balance sheet.
