Products : TV's related products.

Objective: increasing the sales of the TV's related products.



Here are my steps:


1- Determining the required budget for the campaign and making the necessary calculations for forecasted revenues/profits.

2 - Determining the related products that we can cross-sell with the product in question: The products that which are most likely to be used with LCD/Plasma are: Home Theaters , Hifi systems and DVD Players.

3- Querying from the Customer DB the prospects’ contacts : In that case, The contacts of clients who bought LCD/Plasma but didn’t buy any of the related products , it’s also crucial to sort the contact lists by brands (Sony, LG, Panasonic….).

4- Contact lists must include crucial info such as Age, gender and residence area.

5- Coordinating with the Mkt. Dept. and Call center for optimized communication: Suggesting too many products over the phone will irritate the clients , it’s best to select few items of each brand with the best prices/credit facilities.

6- Contacting the prospects, follow-up the tasks with all the concerned entities

7- Analyzing the Return of the overall campaign's investment.
