CRM System For Retail

Anyone know a good CRM system for ecommerce/retail? I can only seem to find systems geared towards sales force/marketing as opposed to customer care.

What I really need is a customer care system to give me some data on inquires & complaints as well as a central point to keep track of ongoing correspondence.

We're currently processing about 600 emails a week and aside from manually filling out spreadsheets there's no way for me to get any meaningful data on what our customers are actually emailing about.

For customer care and tracking enquiries and calls I use the open source software called Sugar CRM. It tracks loads of types of data and its user interface is good enough to get things done quickly.
