Does any know or do any of you use any database / CRM software for keeping all of your customers details and info in one place?
I am keen to explore some free options if possible

We use Zoho for our internal use and are satisfied. So it is quite good solution.

+1 for Zoho. Can't grumble at the pricing too. Its free for up to 3 users and 5000 records i believe
