Does anyone know a good ideally free CRM ?

Iv looked at one called moobiz but its web based would prefer one that is hosted on our own company server.

Hi Joseph,

Although it's not free, Sage ACT! is a very good contact management software, which starts at just £190+VAT for a single user, which is great value in my opinion for what you get.

Athough not a full-blown CRM system, like it's bigger brothers, Sage CRM or Sage SalesLogix, ACT! is a great place to start for businesses looking to manage their customer relationships.

I like Vtiger and Vtiger has a customer self service portal ideal for me! customers can submit trouble tickets and view bills and things we've done for them online in electronic form!

I struggled to find a CRM I liked the feel of. Most were either over complicated or missing things I needed. But I found Amphis Customer and I'm delighted with it. I did need to upgrade my version of office to get it to work, but the support is good too.
