Providing IT Service Management services such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) implementations is one of our core services.

As part of our continual development we are looking to expand our portfolio of CRM packaged offerings.

If you implement and/or support specific CRM packages please let me know. We are currently looking at all varieties: offline CRM, web based CRM and on-demand CRM.

Hi Graham

I must declare an interest as I have my own CRM solution that I am offering small businesses. I checked your web site and could not see a CRM solution there. Do you have one at this time that we could take a look at?

I have no demos up at the moment. I'm not sure if its going to help you because they won't be branded as most our CRM packages are bespoke or customised.

We have multiple partners who provide different solutions based on customer requirements so providing one demo on our site could be misleading.
