CRM or similar software advice

Looking for some low cost software to store customers details etc and also a diary for booking in jobs. Can anyone recommend?

I'm using Zoho CRM as application with Chrome web browser.

CapsuleCRM is a great tool.

£8 per user user per month.

It does everything we need. Storing client data, tracking through a simple sales funnel and letting us create custom tracks to have uniform tasks for every customer.

For the diary, we use - http://www.findmyshift.co.uk

We chose this due to it's multiple staff handling capabilities. Is google calender not an option for you?

I should add, it would be good to have the option to create invoice's.

I would second Capsule CRM. If you want it to do invoices too, then you could go for Capsule CRM plugged into Kashflow... it's a solution we use and it works REALLY well!

Aye, or FreeAgent (integrates too).

I trialed Kashflow but just couldn't get along with it as well as FreeAgent. That said, both are great, and Kashflow is cheaper.
