Just wondering whether anyone out there has experience of using Infusionsoft in the context on an online shop offering a range of products? Most of the examples which I can find both here and in the US concern businesses which have a very small range of products (eg consultants, dentists etc) and it is very easy to see the benefit that a CRM can bring.

I have been researching a product called Revenue Conduit which works with Infusionsoft's ecommerce interface but its Success Stories are difficult to quantify.

Thing is that the segmentation, follow-up and re-engagement functionality which a CRM provides has got to be of benefit given the effort required to get good, relevant traffic to a website and the high proportion of that traffic which just visits.

We aren't ecommerce (B2B sales business) but we use Infusionsoft and I would highly recommend it. It's incredibly powerful for things like customer segmentation and detailed nurture marketing.

For example, you could create specific campaigns triggered by purchasing a product, or combination of products, which includes things like aftercare, tips on using the product, feedback requests, related products, etc, with all sorts of branching routes based on their behaviour and interactions (or lack thereof). You can create campaigns to address shopping cart abandoners, window shoppers, regular purchasers, impulse purchasers, pretty much anything you can think of. It's a tool that lets you be pretty creative with your methods.

Another great thing is how you can create these campaigns which aren't time-based and run them in perpetuity, tweaking and testing different elements to improve conversion rates, copy changes, etc. You essentially create a series of loads of paths to purchase and work on optimising them.
