Hi All
Can anyone advise on some ideas of a CRM for a law firm?
We currently use a case management system but it lacks functionality it is more of an "electronic filing cabinet"
We need something that can integrate outlook/blackberries etc.. and do any the day to day stuff like recording time/matters etc.. we want it to have a powerful sales/marketing feature to utilise cross-selling opportunites
I have seen the microsoft offering from a company called aspective but would like to explore alternatives....
I am not looking for quotes at this stage just some impartial advice
Thanks
Paul Williams
