Just letting off steam!
13 days ago I transferred my business telephone and broadband services to BT.
It took BT two days to get the broadband working this failed after 6 hours
Two days later they got it working again this failed after 36 hours.
Telephone line also started to crackle and become unusable.
Appointment booked for engineer did not turn up!
Promised a telephone call to arrange new appointment no call received.
Phoned and arranged another appointment for engineer did not turn up (claimed he did but no answer I was sitting 2m away from door and 1m away for door bell!)
Phoned and was promised a call back first thing in the morning (Saturday) no call by 10.40 so called and was told first the available appointment for engineer is Monday.
What a c...p service!
Lost 3 x half day business waiting for engineers.
Lost 13 days broadband service so had to cancel my students online mentoring during this time.
Has anybody else suffered this level of poor service from BT?
