We have a family business which has been running for 25 years next year which was primarily photography however with the digital age we've really taken a hit and most of our business is for bespoke picture frames as we hand make frames and have a cnc to cut custom mounts. 2 years ago we invested in a printer cutter to enable us to also do vehicle graphics, banners and general advertising signs which I feel gives us a lot of coverage in the imaging industry. However and I guess there's no simple answer but weve been really quiet lately and struggling to make ends meat. Now I know "what's new" we're all struggling but I genuinely feel like we have so much equipment in our shop that any decent marketer etc would most likely be very well off. I Don't expect a miracle but I'm at a dead end as to what we're doing wrong I feel like you could install a button in our shop that pays £50 every time it's pressed by a customer but I just can't get the customer's in. Were brothers and always treat people with respect as we like to make friends not just clients but we just have no idea how to advertise/ market or just generally sell our products. Please ask if I've missed anything important out and sorry if this is the wrong sub but we could really use some advice here. Thank you
