Correct HMRC contact for Share for Share exchange clearance?

Does anyone know the correct email address or best contact address for HMRC to request clearance for a Clearance Request under s138 TCGA 1992 – Proposed Share-for-Share Exchange?

I think it might be [email protected] ??

(This is for the purposes of changing a company structure and introducing a holding company)
