Prices cannot be copyrighted but you need to ensure you cover yourself over quoting incorrect or inappropriate price comparisions - normally by date stamping the comparision and repeating it at a reasonable frequency.
The natural question really is though, do you really want to be selling on price alone? If you are company D then Company A will simply under cut your price and so you then update your chart and either have to remove it (which is worrying) or cut your prices too to ensure your still the cheapest and down the spiral of pricing you go.
I do not see a problem with this in principle from a copyright or trade mark perspective.
