Can a company get you to sign a contract for a service whilst at your premises for the first time, with no option to cancel or terminate the contract?

This wasn't explained at all, although where the contract was signed, it did state that had agreed to the terms and conditions (yet they were not displayed at the time of signing)?

I know under consumer Law there is the right to a cooling off period but I cannot find the same period stated for a B2B contract

Thanks in advance

Define "get you". Did they hold a gun to your head or did they offer you a contract and you decided to sign it?

The law considers that as a business owner you are capable (or should hire someone who is capable) of making decisions. If you don't like the terms of a contract you shouldn't sign it. If you don't understand them/need them explained you should hire a lawyer to explain them to you, before you sign.

Once you sign, unless you can show/prove that the company miss-sold the product, you are expected to adhere to the terms of the contract.

yes under consumer law there is right for cooling off but you are not signing the contract as the consumer (if i am correct), You are signing a business contract and if you feel there should be a clause for such thing you can ask the company to reconstruct the agreement with your desired clause entry.
