We have made a couple of changes to our IT managed services agreement and we would like a review of this document, are there any independent specialists that can assist with a redline and to ensure this now reads correctly?

We are niche in this area and have many digital clients. Initially though, it may be best to go back to the people that wrote the terms as they would be best placed to understand what consequence your changes would have throughout the rest of the document, as it is their work.
If that isn't an option, do shop around or maybe consider other options, happy to help you explore what they may be.
