Contract for Wedding Dress Designer & Maker

Hi,

I am starting a wedding dress shop designing and making wedding dresses, and I'm trying to find a contract template which will protect me.

Anyone know where I can start to look? Haven't approached a solicitor yet, as based on the solicitor's fees for the lease it would be too expensive for me.
