Contract for Self Employed

Hi,

I work for a company on a Self Employed basis but I have signed a set of their Terms and Conditions at the start of the work back in February 2016.

Last week the owner of the company informed me that they had sold the business and as of 1st September 2017 someone else will own the business.

My question is, do the Ts and Cs I have signed with the current owner still stand after 1st September 2017 or do they become null and void and I will have to sign another set.

Your contract is with the company (unless it says otherwise) not whoever owns it. They could seek to impose new terms subject to this being allowed in your contract.

Thank you for your reply, the company address is on the Ts and Cs which will change as its changing locations, do this make any difference?

Changing the company's address won't affect the validity of the contract.
