Contacting Mods or making posts/threads

I tried to start a thread this morning and I know it had to be checked by moderator first but I don't see it as being inapprpriate at all and its not showed up still...

Does it take this long to get verified by a Mod and how do I know if it has/hasn't been accepted?

Also I tried to PM a Mod and I was restricted from doing so..?

Can someone explain for me please thanks

The usual reason is that you have not verified your membership.

You should have received an email with a verification link. In your Spam folder perhaps?

I can't find a verification email but I assume I have done that when I first joined as I have posted twice and they've shown up..

I have now validated your account and you should see you posts no problem.

If you can't see them now, please let me know which forums you posted in and the titles if you can remember so I can try and track them down and make sure nothing has gone awry.
