Gareth has done my website (fantastic by the way)

Anyway one of my sites and emails have gone down this morning and am really struggling to get hold of him by mobile or email??

Does anybody have any other details for him??

Not being funny but your post could look bad and needlessly so, especially after a few hours when someone could easily be busy, away from the office or whatever else.

Given that Faevilangel is a moderator here wouldn't your post be best directed at one of the admins.

Also, for various reasons, it's unlikely personal contact details, beyond what you have will be dished out.

Anyway one of my sites and emails have gone down this morning

A set of "generic" things to check for anyone experiencing a lack-of-site/email... these are the main reasons ...

#1 domain has expired - doing a check on a whois at the registrar may indicate "renewal required" or similar

#2 locked out by firewall/intrusion detection - most common cause is having a mobile device constantly connecting using an old password/username
test with something like downforeveryoneorjustme.com

#3 exceeded bandwidth/transfer - most hosts will show your your usage and %age used in some online system (although there would normally be both a warning beforehand and message afterwards)

#4 suspended for abuse - check back through recent emails to make you've not missed one saying your account has been compromised

#5 issue with the hosting - contact the host

Was a ddos on my server, so just a wait and see it subside unfortunately
