Hi guys
I have an online Ecig shop and a customer bought an Ecig from me on 30th June. I sent it the next day and she sent me an email about 5 days ago saying she was returning the product because she didn't like it.
Upon receiving it in the mail I noticed that it has been used beyond resale as the nicotine liquid was poured inside it and also the free bottle of eliquid was missing from the package.
My returns policy stipulates that refunds can be given to faulty or unused items within 30 days. Am I under legal obligation to refund her even though the Ecig has been used and the liquid missing from the parcel? All the information was given prior to sale and she simply doesn't like the product.
Thanks in advance.
