Is anyone having any issues with updating their profile since the updating of Constructionline last year? In particular submitting their Acclaim renewal application. Ours is locked in the system and, despite numerous emails, letters and telephone calls no one at Constructionline can remedy the problem. I have gone down the complaints route but my letters are being ignored!
