Construction companies in uk

I'm having trouble finding a Construction companies in UK . I am looking for a companies where i could work like Civil Engineer - Setting Out Engineer - Site Engineer. Global Sources aren't throwing up much.
I would appreciate it if anyone can recommend some, or a list of names for a companies , or put me in touch.

I assume you have looked at the careers areas of the main ones. Balfour Beatty, Carillion, Kier etc?

gradcracker, although aimed at grads will have a comprehensive list of civil engineering companies.

If you want more, go to the library and ask to use their thomsons business directory, that will throw up 1000's
