Construction bussines

Hello everyone! Is here anyone who can help me to grow my bussines in Construction Industry? I opened in Jan 2019 and even I have knowledge to carry on even on big projects any large base of very skilled workers with different trades I couldn’t increase the number of the jobs, turnover, etc. maybe there is something what I don’t know.. how to get contracts, leads..
Any advice are more than welcome!

The issue you face is consistent with all business in all industries, it's marketing and doesn't matter what industry you are in we all face the challenge of finding customers for our product or service.
If you have the budget it could help to bring in a marketeer (internal or external) to help with this. If you don't have the budget then you need to experiment and do the grinding yourself.

I know a painter and decorator in his 60's or is always fully booked, and his granddaughter runs his TikTok account and it works for him. Not saying that it will do the same for you, but my point is think about where your ideal customers will be hanging out online or physically and make sure you're seen in those places.

Sound like you need loads of banners and signs! Only joking - You need a good relationship with architects and planners, people working on the drawings and approvals who can recommend your services.

I'd suggest you start by deciding in your own mind where you want to be in the market - leading local projects or subbing on national ones? Commercial or residential? Many, many more things

Whilst it might seem a good idea to keep your options open, people like to be clear on where you fit in

Well how are you advertising? Ive got some experience with this. Mybuilder for big jobs, and gumtree for the small stuff to get you started off. Word of mouth is best ultimately so if you've done a few extensions/loft conversions then what has the feedback been like so far?
