confused of made in China

We are the supplyer of tyre machine with high quality,so the price is on the line with german. But most of abroad can not accept that. But our production is really good quality. How to change their opinion.

Only way other than natural time/progression, or product association with a big brand like F1 or James Bond, that I can think of is some kind of big competition where you make the prize/competition interesting enough that the press -or at least the trade press- will cover the story. Watch the movie Bottleshock to see what I mean, it's loosely based on a true story that looks at a similar problem to yours.

You better be damned sure of yourself though if you go down that route! Good luck amigo.

Im English and lived in China for over four years .
We are currently Export Car / Truck tyres to South Africa . There are many High Quality products in China the problem is people only remember poor quality because this is what will make the news and sell papers . For sure it will just take time for the high quality products to be recognized .

Also one another peoblem is the ripping you off culture .

There are a couple issues/points.

Many people do not associate China with 'quality', in as much as they see it as mass produced 'average at best' items. They always forget many big brands supply products manufacture there!

You need to highlight how your products match German quality.

If they are the same/similar quality, I would still expect some price advantage sourcing from China, unless there are anti dumping measure in place in the EU.

As suggested, licensing a big name/brand might help, however, you say you are suppliers of 'tyre machine' - please elaborate on what that is.
