I need to file my annual Confirmation Statement with Companies House but no longer have a private residential address in the UK, although the company registered (service address) is.
I am now resident in another country within the EU. Is it permissible to add my new non-UK address as my residential address?

As far as I am aware the form just requires the companies registered office address. This is mandatory if trading from overseas ie it has to be in the UK. If you have used this address before that will be fine but you can not use the form to make changes to details check on companies house website

Sorry I should have been clearer in my original question. It's in the section PSCs - Persons having Significant Control - which in addition to the company registered service address, has a section where PSCs are required to enter their residential address on the CH form. I don't think it gets displayed publicly, but seems to be a requirement for them to have a personal address on file

Adrian have just looked at the form online and it says:

"You do not have to give any contact information, but if you do it will help Companies House if there is a query on the form. The contact information you give will be visible to searchers of the public record".

Personally if it was me I would just put the companies reg address in there. I assume any mail which goes there will be forwarded on to you

Just to confirm I am looking at the CS01form
