Hi,
Am looking for a Solicitor that would work for a Conditional Fee Agreement for a business matter.
A quick over review of the issue is the following:-
I have invested into a business for a minority shareholding of 45% and put in a cash injection into a business.
The issue we have is that we now have been locked out of the business with no control of anything ( Bank, Business advice and so on )
We are now not talking at all and he has also removed us from companies house as directors without our consent.
We now feel we have no option but to go to court to either sell our shares but we would need a court order to get the information from the other director.
Am looking for a Solicitor that can help me?
There is alot more information but am just keeping it very simple at this stage as I unsure who is reading this.
