Concrete Balcony

Can any of you help with a bit of advice on a leaking concrete residential balcony?

The flat above our shop has a balcony directly above our back office. Last week random suspended ceiling tiles fell down due to being soaked from the concrete floor above.

Is there anything on the market that I could paint on to re-seal the Concrete? There are a few small cracks about 1/2 cm wide. There is a product from america called Sani-tred which looks like it would do the job but I can't find anything like it here.

You need to find the source of the leak and sort the cause rather than treat the symptom. Anything you paint / apply to the ceiling will just cause the water to find another way through.

Sealers etc. might provide a temporary fix but the water will track through elsewhere - it has to go somewhere.

Sorry I can't help, apart from saying I agree with beachcomber in that you want to get the leak sorted at source instead of trying to stop it coming through because chances are it will just happen again.
