Yeah, @Voicebooth is correct. If you spend more than 6 hours a day on computers I would highly suggest getting Gunnar Glasses, they are extremely good for there money and do a great job of relieving stress on your eye's. I bought some about 3 years ago when I was getting eye strain from being on a computer for a long time per day and they helped so much.
Highly Suggest!

I'm interested.. but what are they actually doing to help? Are they simply making the screen dimmer and tinted yellow? I design a lot so i need to see the actual colours of things, tinting them yellow will probably cause a problem with the design work and i'll start missing things!

Possibly a good solution for anyone working on the computer for a long time.

My eyes used to get quite tired by the end of the day using a CRT monitor but since switching to an iMac they have been so much better. The old CRT monitors had a constant flicker whereby modern LCD screens don't.

This is a very common condition for anyone using the computer on a long term basis every day. You can use some easy common sense precautions such as resting your eyes for five minutes at least twice an hour. That means, shutting off your screen and closing your eyes. Also, use proper lighting in the room and never work in a dimly lit or dark room as this can cause more strain on your eyes

Eye drops will keep your eyes moisturized so they don't hurt as much. A very good idea, considering how most people don't blink as much when looking at a screen for a long time.
