Question 2: What is the most important feature of your mobile for your business and why?

My mobile is my most commonly used computer, it alerts me for everything I need, emails, appointments etc, which I then get more detail on the desktop PC. Its often faster to use an app to do something than to find the website and go through a whole series of screens.

What is the most important feature of your mobile for your business and why?

Durability is the key feature I look for when purchasing a handset. I can't afford to be without the ability to make and receive phone calls on-site.
I have recently retained a fragile handset with Internet Browser in my glove box to enable me to look up telephone no's/emails/prices/maps as I was frequently telephoning the office for such information. The camera feature is also an essential back-up.
In typing this post I realise I've been slow to make the most of the technology available to me; I'd struggled to see past previously smashed screens.

What is the most important feature of your mobile for your business and why?

The most important feature is the ability to communicate in multiple ways. So my clients can contact me seamlessly whether I am at my desk or elsewhere, in fact they don'r need to be aware that I'm out and about. It is important to me that calls, texts and emails can all be responded to equally efficiently whether I'm in the office or not.

Thinking about this I realise its difficult to separate any one quality from all the requirements; I chose my last phone mainly for it's (relatively) good camera - but I can carry a small camera with me, no bother, so though I value this feature and would use it, it is really a luxury. A clear screen is a must for easy internet access, and an easy-to-use keypad for emails and texting. But none of this is much use without a good long battery life as I use my mobile AS a mobile, being off-grid for much of the day, working up the hill and in the fields; plus it needs to be quite tough as the day I really need it might be the day I drop it when I fall and break my leg! So I'll say reliability, I think. Any new high-quality phone is going to have the other requirements to be competitive, but reliability isn't something you can see at a glance.

Question 2: What is the most important feature of your mobile for your business and why? (e.g the most important feature of my phone is the calendar that automatically syncs so I can keep up to date on the move)

Please post your answer to question 2 below:[/QUOTE]
The Most important feature of my mobile phone is to have the speed that a quad core processor will give, a large 4.5 inch screen and minium memory of 128 GB that allows me to use office based programms on the move, effectivly having my office with me on my mobile with a mobile that can handle it and allows me to sync with my office PC.

We're a small tech company & out of the office quite often. Mobile is at the heart of our unified Comms strategy & without it our world would be majorly difficult! Email, calendar & remote admin tools are essential to keep us going on the move, tethering is even more useful for remote access via laptop

Question 2: What is the most important feature of your mobile for your business and why?

Having a healthy Internet allowance and syncing my Outlook emails into my Gmail so that I can access emails from my international clients when I'm on the train, at airports, or even in bed.

I love my mobile and because of that I cannot simply give you one clear answer: as there are so many features I love about it – i.e. I can be contacted any time, I can check my e-mail anywhere, I can search on-line anything I need to know ASAP, I can take photos and show anyone what I'm just seeing. I like being ‘on-line’ all the time the most – and I cannot imagine my mobile without this feature any more – so let’s say this one is ‘the most’ important. We’re now taking it for granted, but just think: used to it was just a call you could make from your phone and now you have a whole e-world there.
