I'm looking at buyng a van/pickup through my limited company i know i can get the pickup with tax relief as classed as a van but i would like a normal van really like a caddy with seats in the back but is this classed as a car even if it doesn't have windows in the baxk just the seats.

I have looked into it alot but still very confused over the smaller cans with seats

I've had a quick look and from what i can see its allowed to have seats in the back with no windows as long as the load area can hold 1000kgs or more but there's something about load area also. So i need to see if there are any vans like this

VW T6 ,Ford Custom and Vauxhall VIvaro will all do this and will satisfy the HMRC load area weight requirement
