Company sick pay.

Hi everyone

I am looking for some advice on company sick pay. I am entitled to 20 working days full pay on a 12 month rolling period.

I am currently off sick from 8th of May and remain off sick still

In the last 12 months I was forced to take sick leave for 2 weeks with no company sick pay as it was exhausted earlier in the year.

My question is what will my entitlement be. Will I receive 20 days or 10 days full pay?

It would depend what dates where you last paid company sick pay for?
if those date were pre 08/05/2020 then I would presume you should be eligible for the full 20 days
