Hi everyone
I am looking for some advice on company sick pay. I am entitled to 20 working days full pay on a 12 month rolling period.
I am currently off sick from 8th of May and remain off sick still
In the last 12 months I was forced to take sick leave for 2 weeks with no company sick pay as it was exhausted earlier in the year.
My question is what will my entitlement be. Will I receive 20 days or 10 days full pay?
