Company Review Sites

We are looking to set a review system up that integrates into google automatically.

So far I have found TrustPiolet and eKomi. I think TrustPiolet is around £75 a month and I cant find eKomi prices.

This seems expensive just for people to review us??

Are these sites useful to my business and is there any cheaper options??

So how does it work then? I set an account up get my customers to review us... does google automatically read this or do we need to submit it to google?

As one of your customers printed.com ;) I know you use trustpiolet, is it worth £75 a month to you? I dont know if I can justify that much just yet.

Google will automatically update it, but it does take around a month for it to update and you have to get over a certain amount of reviews before it shows. It's definitely worth pushing in the first couple of months, if you know customers have been pleased with jobs then maybe pushing them over to the site would be beneficial.

I think its definitely worth it, more then anything to our printed.com customers as it gives them the opportunity to see what other people thought. But you're one of our customers, so the question is do you find it useful/or reassuring that other people have had positive experiences?

Do you know what the number is before google recognises it?

As a customer... Personally I find it reassuring, which then makes me more willing to spend my hard earned cash! It makes me more confident the quality, service and speed will be good enough.

We have a testimonial section on our site and I think you have something similar, but do you think having stars on google is worth more than the tesimonials on your site?

I'm not 100% sure but i think its over 30.

I think it does, it'll make people more inclined to click on your website it also helps with your google ranking.
