Hi there,

Has any got a link to exact fees/penalties for not keeping an up-to-date Company Register?

I know its a legal requirement - but cannot find a punishment!

Yeah I have, but they only show late-filing fees for annual returns.

Just did a little digging, check this out http://www.ukcorporator.co.uk/company_register.php#cr_04

Then click on the Penalties for failure to keep certain documents usually found in the company register bit, this has penalties written but not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for.
