Hello, i am from Dubai and i am trying to understand how allotment of shares work over here

1.when opening a company, should shares be alloted directly or after incorporation of the company.
2.the minimum capital should be injected with bank statement evidence (what other evidence is required by company house) before incorporating the company or after?
3. if it is after how long after incorporating

Many thanks,
Lojaine

    Hello Lojaine,

The shares are usually allocated at the same time as the company is formed. You will find that if you use an online agent to create the company this is taken care of for you.

Funds that are in addition to share capital are injected at any time after formation of the Limited company.

In order to form the new company you can complete the Form IN01 and send it to Companies House with the Memorandum of Association.

The Form IN01 has a section whereby you notify Companies House of who the initial shareholders. So as soon as the company has been incorporated you should be sending out to the shareholders shown on the Form IN01.
