Could anybody advise me of the cheapest recommended online formations company to use. Im guessing all there services are very similiar however if i can save a bit of money, every penny is better in my pocket.

Tried searching through UKBF but couldnt find anything, apologies if i missed a post.

Who is the cheapest really depends on the sort of service your looking for. The standard fee that Companies Hosue will charge and agent for incorporation is around £14 - so this should give you some idea of what companies can be charging.

However, many companies will bundle you with extras that you may or may not want - some doing different standards or tiers of incorporation service (for example, offering a premium service).

So depending on whether you want a simple incorporation with electronic documents, or all the extras that go with it, may determine who is best to use. Wisteria Formations offer a flexible service, not packaging together extras like others. They allow you to cherry-pick the services you want.

For example, you pay £24.99 for the basic incorporation, and may decide on top of this you'd life a printed incorporation certificate (this may be the only extra you want). They can provide just this, for the extra.

Do beware of cheap, though, if your real requirements are out of the ordinary.

I've been involved in this field since 1986 and now do company formations through a 'sister company to BusinessM8' (CompanyM8) and we (BusinessM8) are able to add a variety of services. However, we do make a charge for our expertise, times, application of our knowledge and skill etc - we are in business don't you know! We are not a 'bucket shop' but we don't skin our customers either! If you want to form a company for the lowest cost then I suggest you use the relatively new facility on the Business Link website but note that there is no support or advice other than that on the website so it can be a little daunting!
