Company Formation Abroad with merchant facilities

I need to set up a company abroad and open a bank account with full merchant facilities for an ecommerce site. The site will trade legitimately but will fall into the high risk sector for banks.

Is there anyone on here who specialises in this or can recommend a company to me, Spain, Gibralter or Cyprus would be ideal.

Unfortunately, I cannot set the company up for you. But Ocra or Jordans may be able to help you with offshore company formations.

I have never used either myself (so I cannot vouch for them), but I've heard they both have a good reputation.
