Companies House - Active proposal to strike off

What happens if you file a late Confirmation statement whilst there is an Active proposal to strike off?

there is no fine for late filing of a Confirmation statement but I am curious what happens if you file it whilst there is an Active proposal to strike of already reflected on companies housef?

it says so on the site that is why i am asking, anyway I will call them tomorrow. I did not realise I hadn't filed it on time for this particular company. for the FutureI I e-mail updates set now
