Commission based sales

Morning,

Just a quick hello and introduction from myself. I am the MD of a sales and marketing company that specialises in commission based field sales and telesales for companies that are bringing new ideas or patented products to market for the first time.

By working on a commission basis or structuring our payments around the business needs of the client we aim to move the product/service along at a quicker pace and help small companies expand more rapidly whilst maintaining control of their cashflow.

We tend to receive the majority of our work via referrals from various government/regional organisations such as MAS. As I said in my initial post we deal companies/individuals that have a patent and occasionally fresh ideas (very fresh). Whilst we do work on a commission only basis or structure the payments in order to help the company grow we treat each approach on an individual basis. It may mean we take equity in the company or the company is more stable position financially. It's unlikely we'd be in a position to help a bog standard company that is just looking for a commission only team
