Commercial Property Insurance

Anyone got any recommendations for commercial property buildings insurance ?

For context it's a double shop unit in an old tenement building (ground floor of 4 storey).

Obviously, I can Google this but looking for actual recommendations from people with real life experience

Do you actually mean Buildings Insurance? As it is the ground floor unit, the buildings insurance is usually under one insurance policy for the whole building (ie. ground floor shop units and the 4 storeys above)? The landlord or managing agent arranges the cover and will charge you for your portion.

If you are looking at cover for your shop fit-out and shopfront/glass etc, this should be covered under your shop insurance policy.
